Job summary

Muiríosa Foundation in Westmeath is recruiting Staff Nurses, Social Care Workers and Support Workers to join our Residential Services. We support individuals with intellectual disability and/or autism across Mullingar, Kinnegad and nearby towns.

The role offers full-time residential support with day, evening and overnight shifts. You will promote independent living, health and wellbeing, and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification must be CORU approved or in process of registering with CORU.
• A valid driving licence to drive a manual vehicle in Ireland.
• Experience in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities/autism.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with independent living skills and community inclusion.
• Provide full-time residential support across Westmeath locations such as Mullingar, Multyfarnham, Kinnegad and Castlepollard.
• Work across day/evening/overnight shifts including sleepovers and waking nights.
• Promote personal health, wellbeing and engagement with local community.
