Respond is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the Older Person’s Day Care Centre in Blackpool, Cork. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of nursing care, and manage admissions and staff.

Reporting to: The National Manager for Family Support and Specialist Services
Terms: Fixed term (1 year) contract – 39 Hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Salary: 48K – 51K (Please note that offers are typically made at the beginning to mid-range of the advertised salary, based on skills and experience)
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day running of the Older Person’s Day Care Centre in Blackpool, Cork. To maintain a high standard of nursing care. To continue to develop clinical expertise, leadership and teaching skills through nursing practice. To support, facilitate and manage the delivery of excellent nursing care, and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical responsibility. To manage the admissions and discharges to the service. To manage staff and develop the service.
