Job summary

Agape Global is seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team at a luxury nursing home in Portlaoise, County Laois, Ireland.

You will oversee care plans, allocations, rosters, and family communications, ensure HIQA standards, and support Nurses and ADONs.

The ideal candidate will hold current NMBI registration, have management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to elder care; references required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMBI registration and dementia care experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic approach.
• Ability to provide two valid references.
• Knowledge of HIQA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make a positive difference and enhance residents' daily lives.
• Lead the nursing team including allocation, rostering, and care planning.
• Support Nurses and ADONs and liaise with management.
