Job summary

Cpl Group in Limerick is seeking a Staff Nurse to join its intellectual disability services. You will deliver high-quality nursing care within a person-centred residential and respite setting, ensuring safety and clinical standards are met.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals to live independent, dignified lives while adhering to HIQA regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications

• NMBI registration is required.
• RNID qualification or at least 1 year experience in intellectual disability services.
• Strong emphasis on person-centred care, HIQA standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to each individual.
• Develop and review care plans to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Provide clinical leadership to care staff and multidisciplinary teams.
