Job summary

Intel in Leixlip, Ireland, invites motivated interns to join our Client AI (Movidius NPU) group. You will engage with hardware and software teams on cutting-edge NPU projects, contributing to pre-silicon validation and OpenVINO toolchain work within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Level 8/9 degrees in Electronic/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, available for 6–8 months in 2027, with a start window between January and June.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Available for six to eight months in 2027 with a preferred start date between January and June.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware and software teams on NPU-related projects.
• Assist in validating pre-silicon models and integrating them into virtual platforms.
• Document findings and communicate progress to mentors and stakeholders.
