Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an Advertising Sales Representative for the Nordic market to drive growth with SMB advertisers from Dublin onsite. You will manage a portfolio, engage clients with proactive outreach, and guide campaigns to success.

The role requires fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, a proven sales background, and strong organizational skills to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management or customer engagement.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive client contact.
• Background in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS or platform-based sales.
• Fluent English (C1) plus fluent Nordic language (C1).
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with SMB advertisers to drive growth.
• Own growth and retention of your portfolio.
• Connect with clients via warm outbound calls, email and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and manage the full sales funnel.
• Coach clients on ad campaigns and strategy refinement.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and hit activity targets.
