Job summary

Korn Ferry Group partners with a leading banking sector client to seek an experienced Non-Functional Test Manager to drive enterprise-wide testing programmes from Dublin. The role is hybrid, with a focus on governance, risk and quality across end-to-end testing delivery and delivery metrics.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of banking testing leadership, strong communication skills, and proven ability to mentor teams while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience providing leadership in end-to-end testing within a banking environment.
• Expertise in performance testing, operational acceptance testing, test governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end non-functional testing delivery, including test kick-off, estimates, schedules, resource planning, cost forecasting and project closure.

We have partnered with our client, a leading organisation within the banking sector, in their search for an experienced Non-Functional Test Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide testing programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end non-functional testing delivery, including test kick-off, estimates, schedules, resource planning, cost forecasting and project closure.
• Manage testing governance, quality audits, risks, issues and escalations while ensuring adherence to banking standards and frameworks.
• Report on delivery status, plans, accomplishments, risks, metrics and KPIs, while mentoring the testing team and supporting continuous improvement.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership capability in managing complex end-to-end testing programmes, preferably covering non-functional testing.
• Expertise in performance testing, operational acceptance testing, test governance, metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, reporting, mentoring and escalation-management skills.

Professional Experience

• More than 12 years' experience providing leadership in end-to-end testing, within a banking environment.
