Job summary

Adare Manor in Ireland seeks a Security Operative for the Night Shift to safeguard guests, colleagues and the estate across the overnight hours. You will deliver a visible, professional presence and respond to incidents, access control, and reporting with punctuality and discretion.

The ideal candidate holds a PSA Security Licence and a Door Supervisor Licence, a Full EU Driving Licence, and proven experience in security or customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and observational

Qualifications

• Full EU Driving Licence.
• Experience in security or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the estate during overnight hours.
• Monitor alarms, incidents and emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Control access to the property and maintain records.
• Provide a visible, welcoming presence across the estate at night.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and late-arriving visitors.
• Complete security reports accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Night Management to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with lock-up procedures and overnight monitoring.
