Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to provide patient-centered care across the continuum. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, within a high reliability framework.

The successful candidate will hold an Ohio RN license, BLS, BSN preferred, and be prepared for night shifts, weekend/holiday rotation and on-call responsibilities in a busy unit.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Ohio or multi-state compact state
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred at 5 years of employment
• C-EFM certification required at 1 year or higher
• NRP certification
• Weekend and Holiday rotation required
• On-Call requirement

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate response and revise plan of care.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality, safety and efficiency.
• Operations - contribute to safe and efficient department operations.
