Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Dundalk, Co. Louth, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team (Thurs-Sat, 7pm-7am). You will book deliveries, manage stock using our computerized system, and prepare materials for production, with emphasis on accuracy and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining stock records, and supporting QA in handovers. This role offers full-time employment within a global pharma network.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock management.
• Proficiency with computerized stock systems and documentation.
• Ability to work night shifts and comply with GMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Book in deliveries on site following procedures.
• Proficient with computerized stock system.
• Monitor consumables and place replenish orders.
• Kit out materials for production.
• Calculate foil requirements and process orders.
• Transport goods between sites in company van.
• Code cartons for production and liaise with customers/suppliers.
• Prepare and quantify returns for dispatch.
• Prepare pallets for dispatch according to customer requirements.
• Maintain stock cards and hand over to QA.
