Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Night Shift Lead to supervise a Fillpack team at our Clare site. You will coordinate daily production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement with DBS and rigorous quality systems.

Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, you will manage safety, training, and production schedules, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations and maintain inventory and batch records.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification with 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Level 8 qualification with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, laboratory or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Fillpack team, fostering engagement, accountability and safety.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demand, maintain inventory levels and deliver on production schedules.
• Drive quality and compliance by ensuring adherence to GMP requirements, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Review and maintain Batch History Records and production documentation to support accurate, compliant operations.
• Champion continuous improvement through DBS, waste reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coach and support associates through training, feedback and development while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations, complaints and operational challenges.
