Qualifications

• Up to date NMBI Registration.
• Management course completed or to be completed within three months.
• Full, clean driving license and access to own car.
• Five years’ experience as a staff nurse and/or CNM1.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, complex health needs, autism and behaviours of concern.
• Mandatory training completed.
• Excellent leadership, initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with families and the wider MDT.
• Detailed knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007; ability to maintain compliance.
• Knowledge of rostering and leave planning for staff.
