Job summary

The iNUA Collection in Ireland is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard guests and property during evening and night hours. You will assist guests, keep public areas tidy, and support event setups while delivering five-star service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by conducting routine patrols and monitoring security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public areas as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Operate the switchboard and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Set up function rooms for breakfast or events.
• Report maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.

• Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.
