Job summary

The iNUA Hotel Collection in Ireland is seeking a Part Time Night Porter to join our team. You will help ensure the safety, security, and comfort of guests during evening and overnight hours, delivering friendly service and handling requests efficiently.

Key duties include patrolling the premises, assisting guests with luggage, operating the switchboard, and preparing function rooms for breakfast or events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by conducting routine patrols and monitoring security systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Operate the switchboard and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional way.
• Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.
