Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our Nights Department on a full-time basis. Prior team management in a 3- or 4-star hotel and Opera experience are essential requirements.

Located in Malahide, just outside Dublin, our property offers a seaside retreat with convenient access to Dublin city centre. The role involves night audit, team leadership, and delivering high-level guest service across the lobby and meeting spaces.

• Experience managing a team in a 3- or 4-star hotel property.
• Opera experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Reception - late check ins and early check outs
• Completion of the night audit using Opera and Alkimii
• Overall management of the Night Team
• Lobby service as required
• Guest service as required
• Setting-up meeting and function rooms for the day ahead
• Provision of a high level of customer service at all times
• Cleaning duties and delegation of same within the team
