Job summary

ABP Food Group in Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland, is recruiting a Night Cleaner to join the Night Hygiene Team. The successful candidate will report to the Hygiene Manager and Operations Manager and is responsible for sanitation across the production facility to meet hygiene, food safety and quality standards.

Key duties include cleaning production areas, using cleaning chemicals and equipment, and maintaining hygiene records. Night shift work, teamwork and adherence to procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Able to work night shifts and flexible hours.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Capable of following instructions and working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitation of production areas, machinery, floors, walls, drains and welfare facilities.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment following procedures.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and complete hygiene records.
• Provide cover for colleagues during annual leave and absences.
