Manor Farm in Ireland is seeking a Hygiene Operative for the night shift to support our poultry processing and production areas, ensuring cleaning, sanitising and readiness for production. You will work from 00:00 to 08:00, Monday to Friday, on a permanent full-time basis.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, physical fitness for repetitive cleaning tasks, and a strong commitment to hygiene, food safety and workplace safety in a wet, temperature-controlled environment around raw poultry

Mansioni

• Cleaning production areas, processing equipment, machinery, floors and walls.
• Using high-pressure washing equipment, detergents, chemicals and sanitisers safely.
• Following cleaning schedules and instructions in the correct sequence.
• Ensuring hygiene standards are met before production begins.
• Using and maintaining PPE, reporting issues promptly.
• Collaborating with the Hygiene Team to complete tasks within the timeframe.
