Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is seeking a hotel security professional for full-time night shifts (10:00pm–7:00am or 11:00pm–8:00am) at Killarney Towers Hotel.

You will ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, perform regular security checks, manage wake-up calls, porterage when needed, and assist at the front desk.

The role reports to the Hotel Manager and offers staff discounts, meals on duty, and opportunities for career progression across the collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hotel security role is beneficial.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors and that the safe environment is maintained at all times.
• Carry out security checks of the entire hotel building on a regular basis.
• Schedule and manage customer wake-up calls.
• Manage porterage when required.
• Deal with the front desk and guest inquiries.
• Assist in the restaurant/bar/lounge when and if required.
