360living is seeking reliable Night Care Assistants to provide overnight support across the Leinster region, including Dublin and surrounding counties. Night shifts include waking nights (10pm–7am) and sleeping nights (10pm–8am), with an emphasis on safety, dignity, and discreet personal care.

Applicants should have healthcare experience or be willing to train; must stay calm in emergencies, have good written notes, and own transport.

About the Role

Night care is essential for many of our clients. We’re looking for reliable Night Care Assistants to provide overnight support across the Leinster region.

Types of Night Shifts

Waking Nights

• Stay awake throughout the shift
• Provide regular checks and interventions
• Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort
• Respond to any needs that arise
• Hours: Typically 10pm-7am

Sleeping Nights

• Be present overnight for security and reassurance
• Respond if client needs assistance
• Help with morning routine
• Hours: Typically 10pm-8am

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety throughout the night
• Provide personal care as needed
• Administer medications if trained
• Respond to emergencies appropriately
• Complete night notes and handover
• Support morning wake-up routine

Who Our Night Clients Are

Our night care clients include:

• Elderly clients needing overnight supervision
• People at risk of falls
• Those with conditions requiring night interventions
• Palliative care clients
• People with dementia who wander at night
