Job summary

Be Independent Home Care is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for 10 and 12 hour night shifts across Kildare/Wicklow and North/South Dublin. This on-site role offers a permanent full-time contract with a competitive salary.

You will work with a supportive care management team and Nurse Management, receiving induction training, ongoing development, and generous benefits including mileage payments, a Refer a Friend scheme, and a Bike to Work program.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, caring, and dependable individual.
• Experience in providing care in home or healthcare setting preferred.
• Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification desirable but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, personal support, meal preparation and mobility assistance to clients.
• Deliver high-quality home care in a compassionate, respectful manner.
• Follow care plans and maintain documentation as required.
