Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure the smooth overnight operation of our hotel and to deliver the highest level of service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves front office tasks, night audit reporting, safety checks, and coordinating a night team to maintain standards. We offer growth opportunities within the Dalata Academy and a supportive team culture across our Dublin properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid
• Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out guest
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
• Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to audits, customer feedback, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Lead and develop the Night team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.

Your Job:

What You'll Need:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential
