Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in Ireland is seeking a Newskies Help Desk Agent to support Ryanair’s European operations from our head office in Swords, Co. Dublin. The role includes 4 days on/4 days off with shifts from 6am–5pm or 1pm–Midnight, ensuring smooth operations across finance, ground, airports, and call centers.

This permanent position requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure within a fast‑paced airline environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Airline/airport experience would be advantageous.
• Flexible, diplomatic, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Ground Operations Training Department regarding Airport issues.
• Notify passengers of delays/cancellations/schedule changes via email, SMS, PUSH and the Ryanair Day of Travel App.
• Update of web notices on Ryanair.com.
• Create disruption videos for the Day of Travel App.
• Create and maintain all access to the reservations system.
• Liaise with systems department about bugs and defects.
