Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As a General Manager for a New Store Opening, you’ll have full accountability for launching and leading the new location, building your team, setting culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll own all aspects of the business—from driving sales and controlling costs to recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team to ensure long-term success from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Experience in new store openings is preferred.
• High energy with ownership mindset.
