Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) in Dublin is hiring an Assistant Manager for a brand-new store opening. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to launch the restaurant, build and coach a new team, set up ways of working and foster a high-energy, high-performing culture.

In this role you’ll drive opening readiness, lead by example, support recruitment and onboarding, and shape service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

About The Role

We’re opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand-new restaurant and setting it up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, and create a high-energy, high-performing culture.
