Job summary

Qualifications

• Supports design, deployment, and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud computing environment (OCI).
• Focus on development and support of network fabric and systems with programming for automation.
• OCI is cloud-based with a global footprint including hundreds of thousands of devices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Network lifecycle management through build and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with program/project managers to develop milestones and deliverables.
• Lead development of runbooks, procedures, and scripts for automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to network solution and architecture design.
• Coordinate with automation services for tooling development and integration.
• Provide break-fix support and act as escalation point for events; lead post-event RCA.
• Support vendor software bug fixes and assist qualification of firmware/OS updates.
