Responsibilities

• Assisting with or taking full responsibility for project cost management and commercial oversight.
• Budget monitoring, cost reporting, and detailed forecasting.
• Subcontractor procurement and account management.
• Managing variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
• Contributing to overall project commercial strategy.
