• Build a collaborative team culture and ensure regulatory best practices.
• Recruit and develop Team Leaders and Fundraising Managers.
• Partner with Recruitment for interviews, onboarding and strategy.
• Deliver New Starter Training in line with sector regulation and values.
• Run performance reviews focused on quality, quantity and leadership growth.
• Travel regularly across Ireland with occasional international travel.

National Fundraising Operations Manager (Republic of Ireland)

• Location: Dublin Ireland (national role, travel required)
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Salary: €60,000 + bonuses (OTE in excess of €70,000 per annum)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced National Fundraising Operations Manager to lead and grow our face-to-face fundraising strategy across the Republic of Ireland. Working closely with our charity partners, you'll shape market-leading donor recruitment campaigns that deliver real, lasting impact.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that touches every part of the business — from recruiting and developing fundraising talent, to managing client relationships, to overseeing the financial performance of your campaigns. Recruitment & Training

• Recruit and develop Team Leaders and Fundraising Managers to grow regional campaigns.
• Partner with the Recruitment team on interviews, onboarding and long-term hiring strategy.
• Deliver New Starter Training in line with sector regulation, industry best practice and company values.
• Run regular performance reviews focused on quality, quantity and leadership growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing or leading face-to-face fundraising teams.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and developing talent
• Solid understanding of fundraising compliance and regulatory standards.
• Excellent relationship management skills — comfortable liaising with charity partners and regulatory bodies.
• Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective delivery
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland, with occasional international travel
