Job summary

CRC Central Remedial Clinic seeks a National Educational and Training Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of educational programmes within the Enhanced Complex Care Pathways.

You will drive engagement with Children’s Disability Network Teams, Primary Care professionals, families and carers, and other stakeholders, while linking pathways with community providers to promote best practice and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, education, social care, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in education program design and delivery.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement to inform educational program design.
  • Experience organising and delivering events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Experience in the evaluation of education provision using metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination, management, and oversight of educational program design and delivery within CRC’s Enhanced Complex Care Pathways.
  • Act as a bridge between Enhanced Complex Care Pathways and community-based providers, promoting best practice.
  • Empower community teams to deliver high-quality care and engagement to Children’s Disability Network Teams, Primary Care professionals, families and carers, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver accessible education and engagement to diverse audiences and ensure consistent understanding and collaboration across services.

To assist with this vision, we are delighted to offer the opportunity for a National Educational and Training Lead to oversee the coordination, management, and oversight of educational program design and delivery within CRC’s Enhanced Complex Care Pathways.

The role will focus on delivering high-quality, accessible education and engagement to Children’s Disability Network Teams, Primary Care professionals, families and carers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring consistent understanding, capability, and collaboration across services.

The postholder will act as a bridge between Enhanced Complex Care Pathways and community-based providers, promoting best practice and empowering community teams to deliver high-quality care
