Job summary

Central Remedial Clinic in Ireland seeks a National Educational and Training Lead on a full-time, 1-year fixed term contract to oversee educational program design and delivery within CRC's Enhanced Complex Care Pathways. The role focuses on accessible education for Children's Disability Network Teams, primary care professionals, families and carers.

The postholder will bridge Enhanced Complex Care Pathways with community providers, promote best practice, and empower community teams to deliver

Qualifications

Essential requirements include a degree in a relevant field (healthcare, education, social care or related).
Proven experience in education program design and delivery.
Proven experience engaging stakeholders to inform educational design.
Experience organising events, workshops and outreach initiatives.
Strong communication and facilitation across diverse audiences.
Experience evaluating education provision using metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Oversee coordination, management and oversight of educational program design and delivery within CRC's Enhanced Complex Care Pathways.
Act as a bridge between Enhanced Complex Care Pathways and community-based providers, promoting best practice.
Empower community teams to deliver high-quality care and ensure consistency across services.
