Job summary

CompassRock seeks a Facilities and Health & Safety Coordinator to lead safety, compliance and incident management across our Dublin Build-to-Rent portfolio. This is a field-based role reporting to the Facilities Manager, with travel to multiple sites and collaboration with property managers, maintenance teams and vendors.

You will implement Irish health and safety regulations, maintain fire safety documentation and drive a proactive safety culture across residential developments.

Qualifications

• _NEBOSh General Certificate or IOSH qualification is required, diploma desirable_.
• Experience in multi-site health, safety, facilities management or real-estate in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety requirements and building compliance.
• Ability to translate statutory obligations into site-level controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate H&S compliance across the Irish portfolio of BTR developments.
• Maintain Fire Safety compliance records and training documentation.
• Oversee contractor management and RAMS reviews and permits.
• Lead site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and implement improvements.
