Osborne Recruitment is helping a fast-paced private healthcare clinic in Ireland recruit a Clinic Floor Manager. The role oversees day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring performance targets and patient safety, reporting to senior leadership, and coordinating multi-location support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading clinical teams, a healthcare degree, and drives a culture of continuous improvement, with travel across Mullingar and Clane as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing a team in a busy clinical environment.
• Experience or knowledge of ophthalmology and scribing desirable.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and patient care.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing: Create and manage clinic rotas aligned with clinical activity.
• Liaise with leads and other locations to coordinate support.
• Ensure adequate Technician cover during absences and annual leave.
• Plan, organise, and delegate work effectively and fairly.
• Monitor clinic demand and align scheduling accordingly.
• Oversee patient flow and room allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement standardised clinical and administrative protocols.
• Manage stock control and ordering, ensuring cost efficiency (Kanban).
• Maintain a clean, organised clinic environment and promote compliance.

Education

Degree in Healthcare or equivalent
