Job summary

Vantage is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for an 8-month contract in Dublin. You will provide hands-on functional support during UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live hypercare, ensuring issues are owned and resolved.

You will work with process leads, IT and the implementation partner to progress issues, maintain records, and promote consistent use of Business Central processes and controls. 3+ years BC experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with at least one structured UAT/go-live/hypercare assignment.
• Strong understanding of Business Central Finance, including posting and reconciliation principles.

Responsibilities

What’s involved:

• Provide hands-on, day-to-day functional support to users during UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live hypercare.
• Support users with Business Central transactions, navigation and general system queries
• Work with process leads, functional consultants, IT and the implementation partner to progress issues through to resolution and retest.
• Maintain accurate UAT and hypercare records, dashboards and outstanding-action logs, ensuring that no issue is left without an owner or next action.
• Promote consistent use of agreed Business Central processes, controls and escalation routes.

What you need:

• 3+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting at least one structured UAT, implementation, go-live or post-go‑live hypercare assignment.
• Strong practical understanding of Business Central Finance, including financial posting, dimensions, posting groups and reconciliation principles.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable test, defect or service-management platform.
• Understanding of Business Central roles, permission sets, approval workflows and core application controls.
