Job summary

Land Transport Authority of Singapore in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the architectural team responsible for design development of MRT projects. You will guide the design through concept to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

You will manage budgets, liaise with engineering and construction teams, and support tender and site inspections to ensure timely delivery and integrated design solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of architecture or related discipline, professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with leadership in MRT or large-scale rail projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a D&B environment for MRT or rail projects.
• Good knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority submission processes in Singapore.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
