Fitzpatrick's Garage Kildare is seeking a skilled Motor Technician to join our service department in Kildare town. You will work with leading brands across our franchise network and contribute to delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Experience ideally working with Hyundai, Opel, Toyota franchises.
• Experience in all aspects of vehicle servicing, engine overhaul, diagnostics and electronics.
• Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
• Ability to clearly communicate, to ensure the smooth & efficient flow of work.
• Be efficient and capable of producing high quality work consistently.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers, management, staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Diagnose, repair and service vehicles as required
• Carry out all work to the highest standards in accordance with dealership & manufacturer’s standards
• Keeping updated with technical product information
• Maintain a clean, orderly workplace, adhering to all company policies, procedures & safety standards
• Road testing, and quality control checks as required

Motor Technician - Fitzpatrick's Garage Kildare

Fitzpatrick's Garage Group, established in 1951, operates a number of car dealerships covering counties Kildare, Laois, Carlow and Offaly and holding franchises for Hyundai, Isuzu, Leapmotor, MG, Mercedes-Benz and Opel, authorised repairers for Toyota and Lexus. SIMI Franchised Aftersales Operation 2026 and SEAI EV Dealership of the Year 2022, 2024 & 2026 are currently recruiting Technicians for our Service Department based in Fitzpatrick's Garage in Kildare town to work in our modern, well equipped workshop.

Responsibilities will include;

• Dealing with customers, management, staff in a courteous and professional manner
