About the Role

O'Regan Motors, a leading independent motor dealership group based in Newcastle, Co.Dublin is seeking a Motor Sales Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Sales administration functions, including change of ownerships and general admin support for sales team.
• Maintain financial records, including posting daily transactions and ledgers
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including purchase and sales invoices
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Process supplier invoices, customer receipts and payments
• Assist with finance-related administrative duties and ad hoc projects

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop professionally
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage, but full training will be provided

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
