Job summary

Radius Insurance Solutions in Galway is seeking a Motor Insurance Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound insurance sales with no lead generation required. You will broker for commercial clients, advise on Motor cover, and aim to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, provide timely resolutions, and collaborate with insurers and internal teams to improve workflows. A strong customer-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• APA or CIP qualification required or desirable.
• Experience in motor/general insurance sales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as broker for commercial clients, advising on Motor insurance products.
• Convert inbound/outbound leads into active commercial clients (leads provided).
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including retention and premium income.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and maintain high satisfaction.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email; occasional in-person meetings.
