Job summary

Electronic Arts in Ireland is seeking a Moderation Operations Manager to lead distributed moderation teams, promote responsible use of technology, and help elevate player safety across EA's franchises.

Reporting to the Director of Moderation Operations, Fan Care, you will collaborate with Product, Community, and Player Safety teams to scale new workflows and guide pilots with a focus on responsible AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing operational teams in content moderation or similar high-risk environments.
• Experience using data and insights to refine processes and measure outcomes.
• Experience partnering with multiple teams to shape and scale new moderation workflows, channels, and tools.
• Degree in business, operations, management, or technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality, governance, escalation, and workflow improvements, using operational data to refine processes and increase impact.

• Relevant operational leadership experience; degree in business, operations, management, or technology is beneficial.
