Job summary

Mitie Ireland is seeking an on-site facilities maintenance operative to uphold high standards across multiple sites. The role emphasizes window cleaning, grounds maintenance and landscaping, with both scheduled and reactive tasks to support client environments.

You will work safely under Health & Safety procedures and record activities precisely, while collaborating with a facilities team to ensure exceptional service delivery and quick response to line manager requests.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills required.
• Ability to work alone or in a team.
• Ability to prioritise competing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Full Irish driving license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities to the highest standard on site.
• Perform maintenance tasks within agreed timelines.
• Maintain multiple sites with focus on window cleaning, grounds, landscaping.
• Perform scheduled and reactive tasks.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety procedures.
• Record tasks, site visits and requests accurately.
• Complete reasonable tasks as directed by supervisor.
