Job summary

Mitie Ireland is recruiting for a facilities maintenance role across multiple sites in Dublin. The position involves carrying out maintenance tasks, window cleaning, grounds work, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to a high standard.

You will work as part of a facilities team and may operate alone or with colleagues, prioritising tasks and maintaining clear communication. A full Irish driving licence is required to access different sites and complete duties efficiently.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills and the ability to work on multiple sites.
• Ability to work alone and in a team, with effective prioritisation.
• Full Irish driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Work within a facilities team to upkeep the facility to the highest standard possible.
• Carry out maintenance tasks on site within agreed timelines.
• Carry out maintenance duties across multiple sites, with a primary focus on window cleaning, grounds maintenance, and landscaping to a high standard.
• Perform scheduled and reactive tasks
• Ensure all work activities are completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Record completed tasks, site visits, and work requests accurately
• Carry out any reasonable work request made by your line manager which you are deemed competent to do so.
