Qualifications

• Strong passion for beauty and makeup with ability to advise customers

• Willingness to travel between multiple counters/locations within region

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium One Luxe customer experiences across assigned store locations
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to educate customers
• Represent L'Oréal Luxe with brand-aligned merchandising and service standards
• Stay updated on makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to guide recommendations
• Drive sales targets and build client relationships across channels
• Promote events, promotions and brand activations in the region
