Responsibilities

• Elevating Customer Experience: Deliver the One Luxe experience with premium, personalized service.
• Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products and share heritage with tailored knowledge.
• Embodying Brand Excellence: Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador with merchandising standards.
• Staying Trend-Forward: Keep up-to-date on makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to advise customers.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet individual and counter sales goals with manager backing.
• Building Client Relationships: Develop authentic relationships in-store and via digital channels.
• Promoting Events and Activities: Inform customers about in-store events and promotions.
• Creating Engaging Experiences: Design and run in-store events and activations.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent L’Oréal Luxe on internal and external platforms.
• Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete training for product knowledge.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily/weekly tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.
• Maintaining Counter Standards: Keep counter hygienic, organized and inviting.
