The Mobile Janitor will work under the DOC Manager and cover DOC tasks to the highest standards across different sites and shifts, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the Dublin DOC-style cleaning tasks and provide site coverage.
• Assist with deliveries to sites in emergencies.
• Complete DOC work to the highest standards at client sites.
• Supervise DOC operations staff on-site.
• Report client or supplier problems to the relevant Manager.
• Ensure client sites are left secure after visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Health & Safety requirements.
• Carry out corrective actions after internal audits.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Samsic Facility for the role of Mobile Janitor Dublin Division. This role involves travelling between multiple sites, so a valid driver's licence and the ability to drive are essential. This position will involve working with an award-winning cleaning company reporting directly to the DOC Manager. The Mobile Janitor will provide support to a busy daily office cleaning team covering different shifts and sites depending on weekly operational requirements and work with team performing DOC tasks to highest standard to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out the instructions of the Dublin Regional Manager, DOC Manager. Providing Cover to DOC sites as directed.
• Assist with delivery of products to site in emergencies.
• Complete assigned DOC work at our clients' sites to the highest standards.
• Supervise and work with the DOC operations staff to ensure the completion of work satisfactorily.
• Reporting client complaints, internal problems, and supplier problems to the relevant Manager - Bringing their training requirements to the attention of DOC Manager.
• Ensuring client sites are left secure.
• Exercising due care and attention when handling client property.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of any information discovered while on client site.
• Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
• Carrying out any corrective actions required as a result of Internal Audits.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Hold a full, clean Irish driving licence.
• Work effectively as part of a team and confidently lead and supervise a crew on-site.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload under pressure.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Be dependable, with consistent availability to support DOC operations as required.
• Show initiative and the ability to work independently when necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' industry experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the industry is preferred.

Terms & Conditions

Hours: Flexible 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday - with an emphasis on flexibility to suit the nature of our business (includes evenings).
