• Conduct site audits and report issues or maintenance concerns.
• Order cleaning supplies and materials as required.
• Complete one-off cleaning requests and additional duties as instructed by management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures on all sites.

Job Title: Mobile Janitor

Reports to: Area Manager

Location: Cork Area - Applicant must hold a full, clean driver's licence

Rate: €16.50 per hour

Job Type: Permanent position (immediate start)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of various client sites across the Cork area.
• Carry out a range of cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitising surfaces, and ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide holiday and absence cover across multiple locations.
• Liaise professionally with clients and respond to site requirements.
• Conduct site audits and report any issues or maintenance concerns.
• Order cleaning supplies and materials as required.
• Complete one-off cleaning requests and additional duties as instructed by management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures on all client sites and company premises.
• Handle client property and equipment with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• Ability to travel between sites across the Cork area.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• English language skills: able to speak, understand, and write in English.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing site requirements.
