Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Mobile HSEQ Manager to support operations nationwide with travel to client sites and occasional attendance at the Dublin or Galway offices. Qualifications

Minimum Level 7 degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
2–3 years’ experience in an EHS management or senior EHS advisory role.
Proven experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems.
Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, including training delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures and systems.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety legal requirements; act as primary EHS contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
Lead and maintain Integrated Management System (ISO 45001/14001/9001).
Plan, conduct and manage internal audits and support external certification audits.
Drive continuous improvement across EHS and quality systems.
Oversee safety statements, risk assessments, method statements and environmental registers.
Ensure risk control measures are monitored and reviewed across sites and projects.
Manage contractor safety arrangements including pre-qualification, induction and performance reviews.
