Job summary

PTSB is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to support the Head of FCC and Deputy MLRO, overseeing AML/CFT, sanctions and anti-bribery controls. Based at St. Stephen's Green, hybrid options are available in the Republic of Ireland.

You will manage MLRO oversight reviews, risk assessments and action tracking, deliver bespoke training, maintain FCC policies, and monitor evolving Irish/European sanctions requirements.

Qualifications

• SME level understanding of FCC legislation and how to apply it in a business setting.
• Proven ability to draft time-sensitive papers and risk assessments for senior audiences.
• Analytical skills to evaluate information and provide clear interpretations to management.
• Proven communication and influencing skills.
• Experience operating at manager level within a regulated financial services entity.
• Minimum entry: Ordinary Leaving Certificate (5 subjects incl English and Maths) or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MLRO Oversight Reviews and action tracking across units.
• Support development of wider FCC monitoring plan and risk assessments.
• Maintain policies, training, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.
• Attend meetings with first line to address BAU issues.
