Job summary

Corpay is hiring an MLRO in Dublin, Ireland, within our Alpha FX division. You will support the Head of Compliance in implementing AML, CFT and sanctions controls, investigate suspicious activity, prepare STRs, and advise on regulatory reporting across Irish and EU frameworks.

Working with global Compliance and local teams, you will help standardise financial crime frameworks for new products, provide governance insight, and contribute to a strong compliance culture while remaining adaptable to

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/CFT and financial sanctions compliance in a regulated environment.
• Ability to investigate suspicious activity and prepare regulatory reports.
• Strong collaboration with cross-border teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish/EU AML/CFT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate internal suspicious activity reports promptly with rationale.
• File STRs with FIU Ireland through goAML and ROS.
• Maintain confidential case files and reporting logs.
• Advise staff on escalation and tipping-off protocols.
• Support governance, metrics, and regulatory inspections.
