A leading engineering firm in Tralee is looking for a MIG Welding Robotic Operator/Programmer. You will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic MIG welding cells, training new operators, and implementing design changes to enhance production quality. Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding processes is essential.
• A knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical engineering is essential.
• An apprenticeship or third level qualification in manufacturing or welding qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic MIG welding cells.
• Support the training of new operators, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Recommend design changes to improve quality and productivity.
