Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Experience in retail environments and leading teams.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service and availability.
• Deliver key performance indicators for the department.
• Plan training and development, ensuring colleagues are trained and certified.
• Ensure processes and routines are completed on time and to standard.
• Drive seasonal, promotional activities to maximise sales and presentation.
