Job summary

Google LLC in Dublin seeks an Associate International Growth Consultant for Emerging Markets Mid-Market Sales, EMEA (English). You will advise mid-market customers on growing their international business, translating objectives into data-driven recommendations and expansion strategies across markets.

In this role you will build executive-level relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help clients navigate challenges in online advertising while shaping scalable international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Consult Google’s Mid-Market customers on how to successfully grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
• Conceive innovative ideas, approaches and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise including how to overcome key operational hurdles.
• Be a strong team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing development.
