Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) in Galway, Ireland, is expanding and seeking dedicated, solutions-driven team members to support its microbiology services and ongoing growth.

The role involves performing Environmental Monitoring and water testing under supervision, maintaining accurate LIMS records, and upholding GMP/GDP compliance with a focus on Right First Time results and lean laboratory practices.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in science related discipline.
• 0-1+ years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
• Familiar with GMP standards and FDA requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing including Environmental Monitoring, water testing, and other assigned tasks.
• Adhere to GMP and GDP.
• Data entry of test results into LIMS system.
• Record results promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, ensuring adherence to site procedures.
• Complete all testing documentation and LIMS entries, ensuring Right First Time (RFT) KPIs are met.
• Manage stock control and maintain adequate supplies within the Microbiology Laboratory.
• Generate, update, and maintain laboratory documentation as required.
• Contribute to the Lean Laboratory program within the Microbiology Laboratory.

We offer bespoke managed service solutions that give clients the option of having our expert team on-site at their own facility or outsourcing those services to us here at CLS.

Roles And Responsibilities

Working as directed by Microbiology Lab Supervisor according to company safety policies and cGMP.

• Perform microbiological testing including Environmental Monitoring, water testing, and other assigned tasks.
• Adherence to GMP and GDP.
• Data entry of test results into LIMS system.
• Record results promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
